Return Policy (Finland & EU)
This Return Policy follows the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU distance-selling rules. It applies to all purchased products from our online store.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within **14 days** of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, you must contact us in writing (email is fine).
The 14 days start from the day you receive the item.
Condition of Returned Products
We only accept refunds for products that are in completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
This means:
* No wear
* No tear
* No stains
* No odors
* No washing
* All original labels and packaging must be included
If the product shows any signs of use, it cannot be refunded.
This is in accordance with Finnish law: the customer may inspect the product *as in a store*, but cannot use it.
Return Costs
* The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless it is defective or incorrect.
* If the product is faulty or wrong, we will cover the return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days, provided the item meets all return criteria.
Refunds are only made to the original payment method.
If the item does not meet the condition requirements (signs of wear, missing tags, damage, etc.), no refund will be issued, and the product can be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
* Used or washed clothing
* Items damaged by the customer
* Items missing labels or packaging
* Hygiene products (once opened)
* Digital or personalized items
How to Return an Item
1. Pack the product carefully in its original condition and packaging.
2. Attach the prepaid return label.
3. Take the package to your nearest Posti location.
4. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
