Shipping Policy (Finland & EU)
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and is written in accordance with Finnish Consumer Protection Law (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU distance selling regulations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to external factors, we will notify customers by email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Finland)
We use trusted delivery partners such as Posti, Matkahuolto, or other equivalent carriers.
Estimated delivery time within Finland:
2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may apply for certain subscription packages or promotions.
Any shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Delivery & Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Under Finnish law, the seller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Unclaimed Package
If a package is not collected within the carrier’s storage period and is returned to us, we have the right to charge a return handling fee.
This is permitted under Finnish Consumer Protection Law, as long as the fee is reasonable.
Subscription customers will not lose their subscription status, but shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Delivery Outside Finland
At the moment we only ship to Finland.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
